Our digital Pressure Indicator is a precise and reliable solution for measuring gas and liquid pressures in industry, laboratories and technology. With a measuring range of -0.088 MPa ... +2.0 MPa and a high resolution of 0.0001 MPa, our digital Pressure Indicator is ideal for applications that require maximum measuring accuracy. The accuracy is 0.1% FS, which guarantees stable and repeatable measurement results.
Our digital Pressure Indicator works with a diffused silicon pressure sensor and offers intelligent calibration and linearity correction functions. The zero point is set quickly and precisely within two seconds using a magnetic pen. This ensures consistently high measuring accuracy and reliability. The response time is just 0.5 seconds, allowing rapid pressure changes to be reliably recorded. The device is equipped with a 3.1 inch LCD display, which is easy to read and has a backlight.
The wetted parts are made of stainless steel, making our digital Pressure Indicator suitable for air, water and non-aggressive oils. The connection is made via an M20 × 1.5 thread. Overload protection up to 1.2 times the maximum pressure range reliably protects the sensor from short-term pressure peaks. With a housing diameter of 112 mm and a weight of just 601 g, the device is space-saving and easy to install. The device supports ten selectable pressure units: bar, psi, kPa, MPa, Pa, inHg, mmHg, inH₂O, mmH₂O and kgf/cm², which ensures maximum flexibility for different requirements.
For data transmission, our digital Pressure Indicator uses an RS-485 interface with the Modbus RTU communication protocol. Thanks to its low power consumption, the integrated lithium battery achieves a runtime of more than three years in 24-hour operation.
The digital Pressure Indicator is ideal for the precise measurement of gas and liquid pressures in various areas such as industrial production, hydraulic systems, water and waste water technology as well as in laboratory applications. It is particularly suitable for applications that require high accuracy and reliability and can be used for monitoring pressure systems in non-aggressive media. However, the temperature of the media should not exceed 85°C / 185°F to ensure optimum performance of the device.
