The PCE-IR 100 is an environmental meter for measuring surface temperature and the core temperature of food. This environmental meter allows for quick and easy testing of food surface temperatures without contamination using the infrared sensor, while also offering the possibility of testing food internal temperatures using the food-quality sensor probe.

The environmental meter records the air temperature and humidity and stores them internally. The environmental meter is used to measure the pH of viscous media. Thanks to the flat pH electrode, the environmental meter is particularly well suited for the measurement of the pH value of sludges or viscous media such as oils and creams. The measuring range of the environmental meter ranges from -1 ... 15 pH, and it has an internal calibration function with up to 3 interpolation points.

The PCE-HT110 Environmental Meter or Humidity Detector precisely measures air temperature and relative humidity. This accurate and reliable device shows the current measurements on the large LCD display and saves the measurement data directly to an SD card (included).
