The Heating Mantle is a cost-effective and powerful alternative to conventional high-temperature furnaces. Developed for the incineration of individual samples up to a maximum temperature of 610 °C, this device is ideal for determining the ash content, the incineration residue and for treating all organic and inorganic materials. This infrared Heating Mantle is used in conjunction with moisture analysers, for example, to determine the incineration residue or ash content by annealing or incinerating the dry substance after the determination of dry matter, e.g. in sewage treatment plants, in the chemical or paper industry and many other areas.
