The Ultrasonic Contact Impedance (UCI) Metal Hardness Tester PCE-3500 has been designed for the non-destructive hardness measurement of metallic components. A 136° Vickers diamond at the probe is stimulated with its self-resonance to allow the user to very accurately measure hardness of small items, thin-walled items (>1 mm), and surface-hardened layers. Small imprint after measuring for mirrored surfaces.
- Probe is 50 Newtons / 11.2 lbf force, 10 and 98 N probes are options
- Tests HRC, HRB, HV, HB, MPa
- Memory function via SD card and included PC software
- Large color LCD display with back lighting
The process indicator can process several different input signals, such as 0...410/4010 Ohm, -10...+63 mV DC, -13...+13 V DC, -24...+24 mA DC or signals from thermocouples and resistance thermometers. This makes the process indicator applicable in a wide range of applications. The measured values are shown on the large LED display of the process indicator.
- 21-point scaling
- IP 65 protection on the front
- Three-colored display
- Two alarm outputs
The wind speed sensor is compatible with and can be mounted on to a wide variety of available measuring equipment. The sensor will detect even the minutest movements of air and the results are then output in analogue form. With heating.
- Output signal: 0 … 10V
- Operating voltage: 12 … 36V DC
- Measurement reading range: 0.5 m/s … 50 m/s (1.1 ... 111.8 mph)
