PCE-COM 20 is a portable handheld non-destructive conductivity tester for non-ferrous metals. This non-destructive testing (NDT) device uses eddy current to determine the electrical conductivity of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper. Includes 3 standards for testing.
- Operating frequency: 60 kHz
- Sine wave probe: Ø 14 mm / ≈ 0.55 in
- Memory: Up to 500 groups of measurements
- Lift-off and temperature compensation
- Automatic calibration
Designed specifically for use in moisture measurement of various bulk materials, these moisture analyzing test instruments are installed in bins, silos, troughs, bunkers, distributors, augers, and conveyors. Material in bulk or flowing mass, such as fibrous materials, gravel, sawdust, fly ash (mineral), wood chips (surface to 5 cm) feed grain, flour, seed, pastes, ... is continuously measurable.
The hay thermometer PCE-HMM is a professional device to designed to determine moisture and temperature of pressed hay and straw. The hay thermometer features a sensor made of stainless steel, which can be purchased in four different lengths, while the wooden handle has an ergonomic design. The hay thermometer proves to be extremely robust, designed to withstand applications for many years.
- Measuring lance: 50 cm
- Measuring range moisture: 9 ... 50%
- Measuring range temperature: -10 ... 100°C / 14 ... 212°F

PCE-FD 20 is a portable ultrasonic tester or ultrasonic thickness gauge with a large LCD screen that displays A-scan maps of ultrasonic signals as well as B-scan cross sections. Ideal for use in mechanical engineering, aerospace and metallurgical applications, this high-frequency ultrasound-based thickness meter uses a contact transducer (two different probes included; 45° and 90°) to measure material thickness and identify flaws and defects such as discontinuity in welds. These test instruments are calibrated by the manufacturer. An ISO calibration certificate is an option.
- Operating frequency range: 1 ... 10 MHz
- Measured time interval range: 6 ... 1000 microseconds (µs)
- Sound velocity: 1000 ... 9999 m/s
