The moisture sensor is a sensor for measuring moisture of sand consisting of a central probe surrounded by four other probes. The probes and sensor housing are made of stainless steel AISI 321. Our moisture sensor is ideally suited for installation in tanks with liquid materials such as fuel oil, sludge from cement production, fuels (CWF).
- Readability mass fraction of water: 0 ... 100%
- Moisture measurement range: ± 0.1 ... 100% (water mass fraction))
- Maximum permissible absolute error moisture measurement: Varies by material, lab test required
- Temperature range: +5 ... +80 °C
The humidity detector is an absolute moisture meter or halogen moisture analyzer that functions on the gravimetric or loss on drying (LOD) principle. The humidity detector uses the halogen method to dry the material sample. Moisture content is calculated based on the weight difference before and after the drying procedure. Calibration of the absolute moisture meter can be performed at any time using the automatic calibration function and the included 100 g weight.
- Weighing range: 0.01 g ... 110 g / 0.0035 ... 3.88 oz
- Weighing resolution or readability: 0.1 g / 10 mg
- Moisture content measuring range: 0 ... 100%
- Moisture content resolution or readability: 0.1%
- Adjustable drying time and temperature
- Memory stores up to 16 drying profiles
- Incl. ISO calibration certificate
Suitable for determining the humidity of bulk substances, this in-process moisture meter for bulk materials can be fitted into containers and systems such as troughs, bunkers, distributors, augers, conveyors, bins and silos. This permits 24/7 moisture measurement of fibrous materials, sawdust, gravel, fly ash (mineral), wood chips (surface to 5 cm) feed grain, flour, pastes, seed, or similar bulk or flowing substances.
- PCE-MWM 240-B Rod sensor (custom length 500 ... 1500 mm)
- Lab analysis of your sample determines % error
- Measuring range: 0 ... 100%
- Material temperature range: -0 ... +80 °C (+41 ... +176 °F)
- Analog and digital signal output
PCE-MA 110 is a halogen relative humidity meter or analyzer that functions on the gravimetric or loss on drying (LOD) principle. The relative humidity meter uses the halogen method to dry the material sample. Moisture content is calculated based on the weight difference before and after the drying procedure. Calibration of the relative humidity meter can be performed at any time using the automatic calibration function and the included 100 g weight.

- Moisture content measuring range: 0 ... 100%
- Moisture content resolution or readability: 0.1%
- Adjustable drying time and temperature
- Memory stores up to 16 drying profiles
- RS-232 interface or port
- Incl. ISO calibration certificate
VHF-Band Moisture sensor Crushed soil, sand, stone, Gravel, Ore. The device is resistant to corrosion (stainless steel and dielectric materials) and can operate in the conditions deviating from the norm, for example, at temperatures of 250 °C. The moisture sensor probe can be mounted on the walls in the hoppers, in pipelines or on trays in conveyors. Due to pluggable design this version of the moisture sensor can also be used for soil moisture control.
- Measurement range: 0 ... 100 %
- Limits of error: <0.5% below 10% moisture
- Range of working temperatures:
0 ... +90 °C (industrial version)
0 ... +115 °C (extended temperature range)
0 ... +250 °C (drying kilns)
The PCE-MA 202 is an oven-drying wood moisture meter for weighing and heating material samples to determine moisture content. The heating chamber warms up to 199 °C / 390 °F with the use of halogen lamps. Drying of the sample to be weighed takes place within the chamber of the wood moisture meter and the moisture content is subsequently calculated from the difference between the initial and final weight.
- Testing or weighing capacity: 200 g / 7.05 oz
- Readability: 10 mg / 0.01 g / 0.1%
- Adjustable drying temperature and time

Designed specifically for use in humidity measurement of bulk materials, this humidity sensor is installed in bins, silos, troughs, bunkers case, distributors, augers and conveyors. Material in bulk or flowing mass, such as fibrous materials, gravel, sawdust, fly ash (mineral), wood chips (surface to 5 cm) feed grain, flour, seed, pastes, ... is continuously measurable.
The absolute moisture meter PCE-MA 100-ICA allows different materials to be weighed and their moisture contents determined. The heating chamber is heated by halogen lamps up to 199 °C. In this chamber, the absolute moisture meter dries the material to be weighed, and then calculates the moisture content from the weight difference.
- Testing or weighing capacity: 110 g / 3.88 oz
- Readability: 1 mg / 0.001 g / 0.01 %
- Adjustable drying temperature and time
