PCE-FD 20 is a portable ultrasonic tester or ultrasonic thickness gauge with a large LCD screen that displays A-scan maps of ultrasonic signals as well as B-scan cross sections. Ideal for use in mechanical engineering, aerospace and metallurgical applications, this high-frequency ultrasound-based thickness meter uses a contact transducer (two different probes included; 45° and 90°) to measure material thickness and identify flaws and defects such as discontinuity in welds.
- Operating frequency range: 1 ... 10 MHz
- Measured time interval range: 6 ... 1000 microseconds (µs)
- Sound velocity: 1000 ... 9999 m/s
The PCE-HT-75 Material Tester for concrete is easy to use and is fundamentally used in the construction industry as well as other industrial sectors (testing for Wickel hardness of rolls in commodities). This Material Tester in the form of a hammer device for testing concrete is based on the Swiss principle of measurement.
- Spring stretch: 75 ± 0.3 mm / 3 ± .01 in
- Measuring range: 10 ... 70 N/mm²
- Energy: 0.735 J / 0.54 ft-lbs
- Low strength concrete testing or Type L
- Indication of measurement: 0 to 100 (without dimensions)
- Maximum thickness of concrete (of the material): 70 cm
The Leeb Material Hardness Tester PCE-900 measures the hardness of nine different metals using the Leeb rebound method.
This means that with the material hardness tester a firing pin bounces on a metallic surface and the intensity of the rebound is used as an indicator of the material hardness.
The Material Hardness Tester PCE-900 measures the metal hardness in 6 different hardness scales.
- Measurement according to Leeb Rebound method
- Testing of HRC, HRB, HV, HB, HSD
- Measurement Range: 200-900 HLD / 13-99 HRB / 20-68 HRC / 20-655 HB / 80-940 HV / 32-99 HSD
- Accuracy: 0.80% / Repeatability: 1.10%
- Incl. type D Leeb probe
- Optional Software Available
The Leeb Material Hardness Tester for Metal PCE-900-ICA measures the hardness of nine different metals using the Leeb rebound method.
