In loud environments, it is often difficult to pinpoint the source of a sound. The easy-to-operate PCE-MSV 10 noise meter visualizes sound in real time, creating a visible roadmap to a sound’s source. Also referred to as a sound meter, sound pressure meter, portable sound camera or sound level camera, the PCE-MSV 10 noise meter can be used in various stages of machine and equipment design, manufacture and operation, from engineering research and development (R&D) to preventative maintenance and beyond. PCE-180 CBN is a handheld, portable, battery-powered wire tracer or cable locator that consists of an amplifier probe and acoustic signal or tone generator. This locating device is designed to detect wires or cables hidden behind walls or insulation.

The Class 1 IoT meter can be used, e.g, for sound measurement of street noise, aircraft and train noise, event noise, noise coming from construction sites, ports, factories involving heavy machinery, airport/bus stations, stadiums, horse/motor racing tracks etc. The weather conditions do not matter, and hail, snow, rain and similar are no problem for this system for outdoor noise monitoring. The IoT meter is equipped with a GPS receiver which allows the user to assign the measured values to an exact position.

PCE-FD 20 is a portable ultrasonic tester or ultrasonic thickness gauge with a large LCD screen that displays A-scan maps of ultrasonic signals as well as B-scan cross sections. Ideal for use in mechanical engineering, aerospace and metallurgical applications, this high-frequency ultrasound-based thickness meter uses a contact transducer (two different probes included; 45° and 90°) to measure material thickness and identify flaws and defects such as discontinuity in welds. These test instruments are calibrated by the manufacturer. An ISO calibration certificate is an option.
