PCE-FD 20 is a portable ultrasonic thickness gauges or ultrasonic wall thickness gauges with a large LCD screen that displays A-scan maps of ultrasonic signals as well as B-scan cross sections. Ideal for use in mechanical engineering, aerospace and metallurgical applications, this high-frequency ultrasound-based ultrasonic thickness gauges uses a contact transducer (two different probes included; 45° and 90°) to measure material thickness and identify flaws and defects such as discontinuity in welds.

The PCE-THB 38 Pressure Gauge is ideal for detecting and digitally displaying humidity, temperature and barometric pressure. Temperature is measured by an RTD sensor and air humidity is measured by a highly repeatable, capacitive sensor. All products are test instruments, and the Pressure Gauge is sent out manufacturer calibrated. An ISO certification is available optionally.
PCE-PST 1 Force Gauge is designed to check the adhesive force of edges and edge bands on support materials. With the Force Gauge, checks can be made with respect to the quality of workmanship. Feed speed, travel distance, tension, and traction angle are fixed. Ball transfer units on the guide surface of the Test Stand reduce the coefficient of friction. Likewise the self-locking jaws and smooth guide rollers always guarantee reproducible and comparable results.

The pressure gauge can process several different input signals, such as 0...410/4010 Ohm, -10...+63 mV DC, -13...+13 V DC, -24...+24 mA DC or signals from thermocouples and resistance thermometers. This makes the pressure gauge applicable in a wide range of applications. The measured values are shown on the large LED display of the pressure gauge.

The PCE-DDM 20 Force Gauge is the ideal tool for weighing big loads and for measuring strong tensile forces. The PCE-DDM 20 Force Gauge is delivered in a protective carrying case and includes two shackles made of heavy-duty steel. The instrument is manufacturer calibrated, but can be certified to ISO standards for an additional fee.
