The UCI metal hardness tester PCE-3000U can be used for quickly checking the hardness of components even after installation. The device offers a wide measurement range, easy handling, robust design and a temperature resistance up to 40 °C or 104 °F. In addition to the hardness scales in Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers, the UCI metal hardness tester can test the tensile strength of steels up to 1740 MPa or 70 HRC.

PCE-PST 1 adhesion tester is designed to check the adhesive force of edges and edge bands on support materials. With the adhesion tester, checks can be made with respect to the quality of workmanship. Feed speed, travel distance, tension, and traction angle are fixed. Ball transfer units on the guide surface of the Test Stand reduce the coefficient of friction. Likewise the self-locking jaws and smooth guide rollers always guarantee reproducible and comparable results.

Measures hardness in Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers, the UCI metal hardness tester can test the tensile strength of steels up to 1740 MPa or 70 HRC. The tester comes with two probes, one UCI probe for non-destructive testing and one Leeb probe for rebound testing.

PCE-FD 20 is a portable ultrasonic thickness tester or ultrasonic thickness gauge with a large LCD screen that displays A-scan maps of ultrasonic signals as well as B-scan cross sections. Ideal for use in mechanical engineering, aerospace and metallurgical applications, this high-frequency ultrasound-based thickness meter uses a contact transducer (two different probes included; 45° and 90°) to measure material thickness and identify flaws and defects such as discontinuity in welds.

The environmental tester PCE-428-EKIT-ICA, from the field of environmental measurement technology, is an optimal sound level meter for measurements at workplaces, construction sites, in traffic, airports, etc. The environmental tester is equipped with an octave band frequency filter. Optionally, the environmental tester can be upgraded with a 1/3 octave band filter. The additional kit for outdoor sound measurement makes it possible to measure outdoor noise with an environmental meter over a long period of time, even in the rain.
