The Ultrasonic Contact Impedance (UCI) durometer PCE-3500 has been designed for the non-destructive hardness measurement of metallic components. A 136° Vickers diamond at the probe is stimulated with its self-resonance to allow the user to very accurately measure hardness of small items, thin-walled items (>1 mm), and surface-hardened layers. Small imprint after measuring for mirrored surfaces and nitrided surfaces.
- Probe is 10 Newtons / 2.2 lbf force, 50 and 98 N probes are options
- Tests HRC, HRB, HV, HB, MPa
- Memory function via SD card and included PC software
- Large color LCD display with back lighting
The PCE-IR10 temperature meter is made up of a small sensor head and a separate electrical component. The temperature meter sensor is so small that it can fit in almost any space. part from this, the device offers similar specifications as other devices. Each temperature meter comes manufacturer calibrated and can be certified according to the ISO standards as an option. In general our laboratory adjusts the temperature meter to two temperature points.
- Temperature range: -40 ... 600°C / -40 ... 1112°F
- Accuracy: ± 1% or ± 1°C / 1.8°F
- Optical resolution: 15:1
- Storage conditions: -40 ... 85°C / -40 ... 185°F
- Spectral range: 8.0 ... 14 µm
- Emissivity: 0.100 - 1.000 adjustable in digital mode, by units of 0.001
- Outputs: analogue, USB, RS-232, RS-485, relay
In loud environments, it is often difficult to pinpoint the source of a sound. The easy-to-operate PCE-MSV 10 condition monitoring sound level meter visualizes sound in real time, creating a visual road map to a sound’s source. Also referred to as a noise meter, sound pressure meter, portable sound camera or sound level camera, the PCE-MSV 10 condition monitoring sound level meter can be used in various stages of machine and equipment design, manufacture and operation, from engineering research and development (R&D) to preventative maintenance and beyond. Lightweight and compact, the PCE-MSV 10 portable sound level meter features:
- Measurement range of 30 … 130 dBA
- Frequency range of 160 … 6000 Hz
- Real-time image and video recording
PCE-5000 is a portable material hardness tester that uses the ASTM A1038 ultrasonic contact impedance (UCI) method to measure the hardness of metals and alloys with a minimum thickness of 2 mm / .08 in. Non-destructive testing produces microscopic indentation.
- Measurement according to ASTM A1038 ultrasonic contact impedance (UCI) method
- Measurement units: Rockwell A (HRA), Rockwell B (HRB), Rockwell C (HRC), Brinell (HB), Vickers (HV) and MPa (N/mm²) SI units
- Measurement ranges: 61-85.6 HRA, 41-100 HRB, 20.3-68 HRC, 85-650 HB, 50-999 HV, 255-2180 MPa (N/mm²)
- Accuracy: ± 1.5 HR, ± 3% HB, ± 3% HV, Repeatability: ± 0.3%
- Memory size: 1,000 groups for measurement data and 20 groups for calibration data
- Different probe types (also automatic motorized probes) available

The Leeb Metal Hardness Tester PCE-900-ICA measures the hardness of nine different metals using the Leeb rebound method.
This means that with the material hardness tester a firing pin bounces on a metallic surface and the intensity of the rebound is used as an indicator of the material hardness.
The Metal Hardness Tester measures the metal hardness in 6 different hardness scales.
- Measurement according to Leeb Rebound method
- Testing of HRC, HRB, HV, HB, HSD
- Measurement Range: 200-900 HLD / 13-99 HRB / 20-68 HRC / 20-655 HB / 80-940 HV / 32-99 HSD
- Accuracy: 0.80% / Repeatability: 1.10%
- Incl. type D Leeb probe
- Optional Software Available
- incl. ISO Calibration Certificate
PCE-VDR 10 is a single-axis accelerometer or vibration monitor with real-time measurement and data logging capabilities. This vibration analyzer records acceleration (m/s, g, ft/s) as well as speed (mm/s, cm/s, in/s) measurements and saves the measured data to an included SD card memory.
