The heavy duty scale is made entirely of high quality stainless steel and supplied in calibrated form. For special industrial applications, we can tailor the heavy duty scale to customer requirements. This does not only refer to the dimensions of the heavy duty scale but also to special functions and other customer requirements. The dimensions of the heavy duty scale are actually tailored to an EU range. However, these are used for a wide range of applications because the two stainless steel weighing beams can be placed up to 3 meters apart, making them ideal for the weighing of machines and other non-standard objects.

The IP68 protected cells and the IP65 protected stainless steel display are also suitable for rough industrial use. Due to the high degree of protection, the standard heavy duty scale has no interfaces. Depending on the requirements, we can, for example, supply Bi-directional RS-232, USB, LAN, analog interface 4-20 mA or 0-10 V as well as a switching output with up to three switching contacts in the heavy duty scale. These help to monitor and control production processes.
