Ultrasonic level indicator with 4 ... 20 mA output signal and external digital display / Two-wire connection technology / with ambient temperature display / With fill level and distance display / Measuring depth 10 m / 32.8 ft
The ultrasonic level indicator is the ideal measuring device to determine the filling level of a silo. Thanks to the 4 ... 20 mA output signal, the level indicator can also be connected to the operational process control. This allows the measurement signal from the level indicator to be further processed. The level indicator can be used to check whether a silo is still sufficiently full. The high IP protection class of the level indicator guarantees protection of the electrical components in the event of a possible water leak.
With a measuring range of 10 meters / 32.8 ft, larger silos can also be monitored with the level indicator. Depending on the application, the level indicator can indicate the level or the distance between the medium and the sensor as the measured value. The ambient temperature can also be measured with the level indicator. Thanks to the extensive functions and safety aspects, the level indicator is an ideal measuring tool for monitoring silo systems.
The ultrasonic level indicator can be used to evaluate the common and widespread 4...20 mA process signal. The possibility of freely scaling the input signal allows a very versatile use of this level indicator. The current measurement result is very easy to read thanks to the large 4-digit LED display.
The optional 24 V sensor supply allows direct connection of 2-wire sensors or transmitters, which simplifies the use of this level indicator. The configuration is carried out using the freely available software LPCon. With the help of the PD14 programming adapter, settings can be made or read from the level indicator. The configurations created with the software can be saved and called up again.
