PCE-VDR 10 is a single-axis accelerometer or vibration monitor with real-time measurement and data logging capabilities. This vibration analyzer records acceleration (m/s, g, ft/s) as well as speed (mm/s, cm/s, in/s) measurements and saves the measured data to an included SD card memory.

Poor balance, misalignment and looseness of the structure will cause a vibration level increase, it is a sure sign that maintenance is needed to prolong the machine life. The vibration data logger PCE-VDR 10 is the ideal tool for testing and monitoring the machine condition.

The instrument is very easy to use and a computer is not needed to setup extra software, after the vibration data logger is stopped, just take out the SD card from the vibration data logger and plug in the SD card to a computer, it can download the all the measured machine vibration values with time information(year, month, date, hour, minute, second) to MS Excel directly, then you can make further data or graphic analysis by yourselve.

A special feature of this vibration data logger is the analog output. The test instrument can be connected to another mA meter or signal converter or even to a data system. When being connected to the 4-20 mA socket, the vibration data logger outputs a 4 - 20 mA analog signal.

So this kind of vibration data logger can be used for shorttime machine condition monitoring as well as for longterm machine health condition follow up.

Note: To set up the SD card for the first time, the PCE-VDR 10 must be connected to AC power (AC power supply NET-LUT or NET-LUT-US sold separately - see accessories tab).
