The PCE-TG 300-NO5/90 is a material thickness meter for measuring wall thickness. In general, the wall thicknesses of all homogeneous materials can be measured with the material thickness meter. Wall thicknesses under a coating can also be measured with the material thickness meter.
- Measuring range: 1 ... 600 mm / 0.039 ... 23.62" (steel)
- Diameter: 10mm / 0.39"
- Sensor at 90° angle
- Minimum diameter of pipes: 20 x 3 mm / 0.787 ... 0.118"
- Frequency: 5 MHz
- Bluetooth

PCE-FD 20 is a material thickness meter with a large LCD screen that displays A-scan maps of ultrasonic signals as well as B-scan cross sections. Ideal for use in mechanical engineering, aerospace and metallurgical applications, this high-frequency material thickness meter uses a contact transducer (two different probes included; 45° and 90°) to measure material thickness and identify flaws and defects such as discontinuity in welds.
- Operating frequency range: 1 ... 10 MHz
- Measured time interval range: 6 ... 1000 microseconds (µs)
- Sound velocity: 1000 ... 9999 m/s
The material thickness meter is used for the quick and precise detection of layer thicknesses on metals. In comparison to many other thickness meters, this material thickness meter does not have to differentiate between ferrous and non-ferrous metal.
PCE-CT 65 is a material coating thickness meter that uses magnetic induction (ferrous) or eddy current (non-ferrous) to take non-destructive measurements of coating and dry film thickness (DFT) on metal substrates such as steel and aluminum. This thickness gauge is ideal for painted and powder-coated surface testing, automotive paint inspection, coated material testing, and manufacturing quality control applications.
- Measuring range of 0 ... 1350 µm / 0 ... 53 mils
- Accuracy of ±2.5 % ±2 µm for 0 ... 1000 µm / ±3.5 % for 1000 µm ... 1350 µm / ±2 % ±0.08 mils for 0 ... 39.3 mils / ±3.5 % for 39.3 mils ... 53.1 mils
- Saves up to 1500 measurements to memory
