The Material Tester is a versatile inspection system for precise visual inspection and 3D measurement in industrial applications. Equipped with a high-resolution image sensor and a 7-inch IPS touch display, the Material Tester delivers detailed images and videos in real time. The 3D measurement function enables various measurement methods such as linear distances, areas, circumferences and sections directly on the object. The Material Tester offers an image resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels and a standard accuracy of 0.1 mm, with a minimum accuracy of 0.01 mm. The brightness of the LED lighting is adjustable in 5 levels and reaches up to 50,000 lx. The Material Tester supports image and video recording in JPG and MP4 format as well as the creation of PDF test reports directly on the device. The picture-in-picture function, dual camera preview and image rotation allow for flexible inspections. Operation is convenient via an electric joystick and the touch display. An internal 16 GB flash memory and an SD card with up to 128 GB are available for data storage. Interfaces such as HDMI, USB-A and USB-C enable easy export and display of data on external devices. The Material Tester is suitable for applications in aerospace, automotive engineering, energy supply, special inspections, industrial manufacturing and maintenance.
