The Food / Hygiene Meter PCE-228M offers fast and reliable pH and temperature measurement of all foods, e.g. sausage, meat and cheese. Temperature compensation is carried out manually or automatically via the supplied stainless steel temperature sensor.The pH value and the temperature can be read off the large LCD display, saved to the SD card, or transferred to a PC.
With the non-contact food thermometer you get a measuring device with which you can perform a wide range of measuring tasks.
