The pellets moisture meter PCE-PEL 20 was designed in collaboration with biomass power plant operators. Since the heating value of pellets depends strongly on its moisture the pellets moisture meter ensures high efficiency. The pellets moisture Analyzer performs a resistance moisture detection.
- Measuring range from 10 to 20 %
- Resolution 0.1 %
- 1000 mm measuring sensor
The moisture meter PCE-MA 100-ICA allows different materials to be weighed and their moisture contents determined. The heating chamber is heated by halogen lamps up to 199 °C. In this chamber, the moisture meter dries the material to be weighed, and then calculates the moisture content from the weight difference.
- Testing or weighing capacity: 110 g / 3.88 oz
- Readability: 1 mg / 0.001 g / 0.01 %
- Adjustable drying temperature and time
- incl. ISO Calibration Certificate
PCE-MA 110 is a wood moisture meter or halogen moisture analyzer that functions on the gravimetric or loss on drying (LOD) principle. The moisture analyzer uses the halogen method to dry the material sample. Moisture content is calculated based on the weight difference before and after the drying procedure. Calibration of the moisture analyzer can be performed at any time using the automatic calibration function and the included 100 g weight.
- Weighing range: 0.01 g ... 110 g / 0.0035 ... 3.88 oz
- Weighing resolution or readability: 0.1 g / 10 mg
- Moisture content measuring range: 0 ... 100%
- Moisture content resolution or readability: 0.1%
- Adjustable drying time and temperature
- Memory stores up to 16 drying profiles
