The Material Tester PCE-RT 11-ICA is a portable measuring instrument for determination of surface roughness according to Ra, Rz, Rq and Rt in just one device.
PCE-FD 20 is a portable ultrasonic tester or ultrasonic thickness gauge with a large LCD screen that displays A-scan maps of ultrasonic signals as well as B-scan cross sections. Ideal for use in mechanical engineering, aerospace and metallurgical applications, this high-frequency ultrasound-based thickness meter uses a contact transducer (two different probes included; 45° and 90°) to measure material thickness and identify flaws and defects such as discontinuity in welds.
- Operating frequency range: 1 ... 10 MHz
- Measured time interval range: 6 ... 1000 microseconds (µs)
- Sound velocity: 1000 ... 9999 m/s
PCE-PST 1 adhesion tester is designed to check the adhesive force of edges and edge bands on support materials. With the adhesion tester, checks can be made with respect to the quality of workmanship. Feed speed, travel distance, tension, and traction angle are fixed. Ball transfer units on the guide surface of the Test Stand reduce the coefficient of friction. Likewise the self-locking jaws and smooth guide rollers always guarantee reproducible and comparable results.
- Measuring range: 500 N / 50 kg / 110 lbs
- Measurable edge thickness: 0.4 mm ... 3.5 mm
- Measurable thicknesses: 10 mm ... 64 mm
- Velocity: 0.3 m / min
Profilometer PCE-RT 11 is a portable measuring instrument for determination of surface roughness according to Ra, Rz, Rq and Rt in just one device.
Viscolite d15 is a portable resonant or vibrational viscometer used in industrial and research applications to measure viscosity in very small to large samples 10 ml / 10cc / 0.39 oz and up. Featuring a built-in thermometer and a nearly maintenance-free design with no openly rotating parts, this handheld viscometer is delivered with one 316L stainless steel measuring probe and displays measurements in centipoise (cP). The energy loss measurement during vibration yields very high accuracy in very small vessels.
- Uses resonant vibration to measure fluid viscosity
- Viscosity range: 0 ... 5,000 cP (mPa.S)
- Reproducibility is better than 1%
- Small sample of only 10 cc required
- No moving parts to damage, easy cleanup, and virtually maintenance free
