The PCE-DDA 10 shore hardness tester is an ergonomic device to check Shore hardness in gum, plastic and other non-metallic materials. It has been designed with a very high quality. The PCE-DDA 10 durometer is mainly used for soft gums, elastomers, natural rubber, neoprenes, casting resin, white PVC, leather, etc. It has a reading accuracy of 0.1 hardness units. The durometer (as all test instruments) comes manufacturer calibrated and can additionally be lab certified to ISO standards.
- Handheld device
- For Shore A measurements
- Single and Serial Measurements
- Data transfer to PC
PCE-DD-D is a Shore D durometer or material hardness tester. This Shore D hardness tester uses an impact rod with a 30º conical point and 50 Newtons (N) of force to make a surface indentation on material samples with a minimum thickness of 6 mm or 0.24". Calibration is not available for this item.
- For Shore D hardness testing of hard rubber, hard resin, acrylic, glass,
thermoplastic and more
- Measurement range: 0 ... 100 Shore D
- Accuracy: ± 2 Hardness - Grade
Mechanical shore hardness tester for measuring hardness of soft elastomer with drag needle. The shore hardness tester is composed of a single component with a measuring head and a 360º dial. To improve the readability of peak value, the device comes with a drag needle, that ensures the maximum reading can be captured. Once it has been measured, it can be reset to zero.
- Force of pressure: 0 to 12.5 N
- Penetrating body: 35º (according to Shore A)
- Equipped with drag needle
- Measurement range: 10 ... 90
(pressure diminishes below 10 and above 90)
- Margin of error: ± 1
- Division of scale: 1
- incl. ISO Calibration Certificate
PCE-HT-225A is a heavy-duty concrete hardness tester or concrete test hammer, also called a concrete rebound hammer or Swiss hammer, used to measure surface hardness and material compression strength. Suitable for use with concrete, rock and building materials, this rugged, manufacturer-calibrated rebound hammer is both easy to use and built to last.
- Test range: 10 ... 60 MPa or 100 ... 600 kg/cm² (1450 ... 8702 psi)
- Impact energy: 2.207 J or N-m / 0.225 kgf.m / 1.6278 ft-lb or Type N

Designed specifically for use real-time measurement of percent moisture measurement of bulk materials. Material in flowing mass, such as granular materials, sand, sawdust, fly ash (mineral), wood chips (surface to 5 cm), grain, powders, seed, and pastes is continuously measurable. Consistent quality of every batch, reduction of the consumption of materials, and shortest possible drying and mixing times are the criteria which are important in materials production.
PCE-HT 225E is a hardness test hammer, also called a concrete rebound hammer or Swiss hammer, used for non-destructive measurements of surface hardness and compression strength. Suitable for use with concrete, rock and building materials, this rebound hammer features a direct digital display, voice functionality, USB port data interface and memory for storing up 200 measurement values.
