PCE-T236 is a digital Tachometer or rotation meter for both contact and non-contact measurement. This tachometer measures rotation speed as well as linear or surface speed, displaying units in rpm, m/min or ft/min. A unique feature of this tachometer is that the orientation of the 5-digit LCD screen automatically rotates 180° to accommodate either contact or non-contact measurement.
- Optical laser measurement range: 5 ... 99999 rpm
- Contact measurement range: 0.05 ... 19999 rpm
- Accuracy: Less than 60000 rpm = ±0.05% fs, greater than 60000 rpm = ±0.15%
fs
The Handheld Roughness Tester is used to determine surface roughness. The compact surface roughness tester is a handheld device for mobile use. Due to the power supply via a powerful battery, it can be used directly on site. The handheld roughness tester is used in the laboratory, in production and everywhere where the roughness of surfaces is to be determined.
- Measures Ra, Rz, Rq and Rt in Metric (µm) and Imperial (µinch)
- Ra, Rq: 0.005 ... 16.00 μm / 0.197µinch... 629.921 µinch measurement range
- Rz, Rt: 0.002 ... 200.0 μm / 0.079µinch... 7874.016 µinch measurement range
- Induction method with Diamond sensor
PCE-DT 65 is a digital tachometer, or rotation meter, that can take both contact and non-contact measurements of rotation speed and linear speed. This handheld tachometer features an integrated laser and includes a mechanical attachment with contact probes, making it the ideal measuring instrument for machines, motors, conveyor belts and other moving parts.
- Speed (rpm)
- Surface speed (m / min)
- Number of revolutions (counter)
- Frequency (Hz)
- Length measurement (m, In, FT, Yd)
The fully automatic process digital refractometer IPR Basic3 continuously measures the refractive index and thus the concentration of solids in solutions or the mixing ratios of binary or quasi-binary liquid mixtures. The measurement is independent of process air, turbidity, colour of the process solution and the light intensity of the LED.
- Measuring range: 1.32000 – 1.52000 nD 0 – 90 Brix
- Resolution: 0.00001 nD 0.01 Brix
- Accuracy: ±0.00014 nD ±0.1 Brix (at 20 °C / 68 °F)
- IP69K protection TÜV tested
PCE-WM1 is a multi-function handheld humidity detector used to determine relative humidity (% RH), absolute humidity (g/m³), air temperature, dew-point temperature and surface temperature (°C). This Metric-only measuring instrument comes complete with an external sensor probe for taking the surface temperature of different materials.
- Temperature range: -20 ... 80°C
- Relative humidity range: 10 ... 95% RH
- Absolute humidity range: 0.5 ... 74.4 g/m³
PCE-DRB 2 is a handheld digital refractometer used to determine the refractive index and dextran, fructose, glucose, lactose and maltose content (%) of liquid. This waterproof IP65-rated digital refractometer features automatic temperature compensation (ATC) from +10 ... +40 °C / +50 ... +104 °F, as well as a large, easy-to-read LCD that shows both the measured value and the temperature.
Measurement parameters:
- Dextran, fructose, glucose, lactose, maltose, temperature
- Measurement range: 1.3330 ... 1.5177 nD
- Resolution: 0.0001 nD
- Accuracy: ±0.0003 nD
