The PCE-PFG force gauge is a handy, digital measuring device for measuring tensile and compressive forces. The force gauge offers a sampling rate of 500 Hz and various measurement options such as real-time measurement (RT), maximum value measurement (PEAK), configurable average value acquisition (Average) and automatic measurement storage of up to 100 measurements.

The 4-channel PCE-VM 5000 accelerometer performs vibration measurements on up to 4 places at the same time. The vibration velocity, acceleration, and displacement in a frequency range of 10 Hz to 1 kHz can be measured. The cables of the vibration sensors are 1.2 m / 3.9 ft long, so the accelerometer is able to record vibrations at different points of the component to be tested.

Moisture sensor for liquid materials are used in boiler installations, water-dosing and diesel oil emulsion dispersion systems. The scope of supply can include the control cabinet to operate the valves regulating water feed. The moisture sensor for liquid materials has a processing unit with RS232/RS485 interfaces.

Due to its ball bearing, the load cell has a special resistance against lateral forces. The load cell has a strong output signal of approx. 4 mV / V and works with a measurement uncertainty of 0.03% F.S.. The PCE-A-315 inline or in-process moisture sensor provides exceptionally accurate grain moisture measurement in real time. The PCE-A-315 in-process moisture meter uses low-power microwaves to penetrate the surface every 0.2 second and obtain interior moisture readings without causing any damage. An integrated temperature probe ensures the readings are accurate from 5°C to 55°C / 41°F to 131°F. Suitable for the continuous monitoring of moisture in corn, soybeans, wheat, rice, sorghum, barley, oats, rye, hops, green coffee, cocoa beans, oil seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, spelt seeds, buckwheat, sesame, peas, fava beans, scarlet runner beans, triticale, amaranth and jatropha.

PCE-PST 1 Force Gauge is designed to check the adhesive force of edges and edge bands on support materials. With the Force Gauge, checks can be made with respect to the quality of workmanship. Feed speed, travel distance, tension, and traction angle are fixed. Ball transfer units on the guide surface of the Test Stand reduce the coefficient of friction. Likewise the self-locking jaws and smooth guide rollers always guarantee reproducible and comparable results.

The Test Stand measures both tensile forces and compressive forces and this with a very high resolution. The tensile force and the compressive force are often determined in the test laboratory, e.g. to determine the yield point, the tear-off force, the force required to operate a button or switch. The supplied motorized test stand can be coupled and operated in various versions with our Test Stands.
