Test Stand

Test stand for PCE-DDx series durometers. The test stand can be used to mount the durometers. The test stand allows precise positioning of the probe on the test object.

The motorised force test stand can be used for vertical tensile and compressive force tests. All force gauges from PCE Instruments can be mounted on the force test stand (if necessary with an adapter plate). The force test stand can withstand a maximum load of 500 N.

PCE-PST 1 Test Stand and Device for Peel Tests is designed to check the adhesive force of edges and edge bands on support materials. With the Test Stand and Device for Peel Tests, checks can be made with respect to the quality of workmanship. Feed speed, travel distance, tension, and traction angle are fixed. The Test Stand measures both tensile forces and compressive forces and this with a very high resolution. The tensile force and the compressive force are often determined in the test laboratory, e.g. to determine the yield point, the tear-off force, the force required to operate a button or switch.
