The Food Thermometer records humidity and air temperature and stores it internally. This compact and robust Food Thermometer in mini format and with a large memory (up to a maximum of 32,000 values / 16,000 values per parameter) is mainly used for long-term registration (refrigerated counters in department stores, refrigerated transport, warehouses, PC climate control rooms).

The Food Thermometer has two measuring inputs. Each measuring input from the Food Thermometer can be connected to a thermocouple of type K, T and J. With a measuring rate of 2 Hz, the Food Thermometer shows rapid temperature fluctuations.
