The portable Food Hygiene / Hygiene Test Equipment enables the precise determination of water activity (aw) in various products. The aw value indicates the proportion of free, unbound water in organic products such as food or pharmaceuticals and is referred to as water activity. The Food Hygiene / Hygiene Test Equipment delivers highly accurate results within just 3 to 5 minutes.

The state-of-the-art airborne particle-counting hygiene enables precise real-time measurement in the range of 0.3 μm to 10 μm to provide a comprehensive picture of air quality. The results are presented in two units, either in number per m³, number per litre or number per 28.3l. Air sampling from the airborne particle-counting hygiene is performed by an internal pump.
