The suspended scale is the ideal tool for measuring strong tensile forces. The suspended scale is delivered in a protective carrying case and includes two shackles made of heavy-duty steel. The instrument is manufacturer calibrated, but can be certified to ISO standards for an additional fee. Despite its high measurement capacity, the suspended scale is a compact portable device with a low net weight. Interesting functions of the suspended scale are the peak hold function, summation function, and the ability to select different units of measurement such as kg / t / lbs / N / kN. The instrument is only suitable for weighing and for tension force testing. For compression force testing, please see the PCE-FB series force gauges.
