The stainless steel NTEP certified scale is made entirely of high quality, acid resistant stainless steel. The weighing cells installed in the NTEP certified scale have a protection class of IP68. The weighing surface of the NTEP certified scale is smooth and has no screw connections or recesses so that the cleaning of the NTEP certified scale can be done quickly and reliably. The platform size of the NTEP certified scale is available in different dimensions depending on the measuring range.
The functions of the stainless steel NTEP certified scale are summing function, counting function, statistical function, animal weighing function, percentage weighing function, recipe weighing function, multiple tare, storable tare value, gross - net weighing and adjustable weight limits MIN / MAX / OK. Furthermore, the NTEP certified scale can be provided with interfaces, which can be used to monitor and control tasks. We offer bidirectional RS-232, USB, LAN, 4-20 mA analog interface, 0-10 V analogue interface and passive 3 floating contacts / OC. In industry special sizes or functions of the NTEP certified scale may be in demand. For such applications we also offer individual solutions such as Level controls with SMS notification.
