The benchtop scale is a scale for daily laboratory use. Another function besides the normal measuring function of the benchtop scale is the piece counting function. This function allows the benchtop scale to determine the number of screws, for example. Thus, the benchtop scale can also be used in logistics, for example. So that the display is readable even in low light conditions, the display of the benchtop scale has a backlight. 

In addition to the measuring functions, the benchtop scale also has an RS 232 interface. Thanks to this interface, the measured values ​​can be transferred to a PC, for example. This benchtop scale can be used for stationary as well as for mobile use. For mobile use, the benchtop scale requires 3 x 1.5V AA batteries, which can be used quickly and easily.
