The Xgard Type 5 gas detector is a robust, explosion-proof gas sensor for flammable gases. The Xgard Type 5 gas detector is available in different versions, depending on the gases for which it is to be used. The gas measuring device measures the respective flammable gases with the help of an integrated pellistor. The Xgard Type 5 can easily be connected to existing measuring and warning devices via the 3-wire 4 ... 20 mA output. The gas detector also impresses with its simple installation and maintenance, as well as its robust housing made of aluminum, which is IP65 protected.
