The Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge with an external load cell is designed for the measurement of compressive forces at hard-to-reach measuring points. The pressure cell is connected to the Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge by a sensor cable of approx. 3 m length and, thanks to the small cell dimensions, it ensures a versatile application. The Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge or the load cell has on the bottom several threaded holes that allow a firm installation.
The Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge can operate at a sampling rate of up to 1600 Hz. The sampled measured values are displayed as an instantaneous value, as well as in a graph trace directly in the Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge.
The measurements can be stored in the internal memory or transmitted via USB interface with the included software with a maximum of 800 Hz as a live measurement.
The PEAK Hold function allows freezing of the highest measured value in the Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge until this value is exceeded or cleared.
The Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge offers the option of storing two limit values, which are continuously compared with the instantaneous value. When exceeding or falling below these limits, a signal in the display of the Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge, as well as a reaction via external interfaces, which can be used, for example, for the control of a testing machine.
