The Cable Locator is a professional multifunction test device for reliable testing, measurement and fault-finding on network, telephone, coaxial, video, alarm and audio cables. The Cable Locator is compatible with RJ45, RJ11/12 and coaxial cables and enables cable length measurement up to 305 m.

The device detects typical line faults such as breaks, short circuits, crossed wires and split pairs, supporting fast and precise fault diagnosis. In addition, the Cable Locator includes a PoE test and a network speed test for 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, allowing the performance of existing network connections to be checked. The port blink function makes it easy to identify the associated switch port, while the integrated tone generator enables simple assignment and identification of cables.

The backlit LCD display ensures a clear presentation of the measurement results and comfortable operation even in poor lighting conditions. Test results and reports can then be conveniently exported as a text file via USB.
