Multifunction Moisture Analyzer PCE-MA 100
£ 1,023.00
Price excl. VAT &. delivery

PCE-MA 100 is an oven-drying moisture analyzer for weighing and heating material samples to determine moisture content. The heating chamber is heated by halogen lamps up to 199 °C. In this chamber, the moisture analyzer or moisture balance dries the sample to be weighed, and then calculates the moisture content from the weight difference.

  • Weighing range110 g / 3.88 oz
  • Moisture content measurement range: 0 … 100 %
  • Resolution: 1 mg / 0.001 g / 0.01 %
  • Adjustable drying temperature and time
  • Memory for up to 15 drying programs

Our moisture analyzer enables easy determination of absolute moisture in various materials. A significant advantage of an moisture analyzer over devices using capacitive measuring methods is that the moisture analyzer operates independently of characteristic curves and provides more accurate results.

The PCE-MA 202-ICA is an oven-drying multifunction moisture analyzer for weighing and heating material samples to determine moisture content. The heating chamber warms up to 199 °C / 390 °F with the use of halogen lamps. Drying of the sample to be weighed takes place within the chamber of the multifunction moisture analyzer and the moisture content is subsequently calculated from the difference between the initial and final weight.

  • Weighing range: 200 g / 7.05 oz
  • Moisture measurement range: 0 … 100 %
  • Resolution: 10 mg / 0.01 g / 0.1 %
  • Adjustable drying temperature and time
  • Memory for up to 15 drying programs
  • incl. ISO Calibration Certificate

ISO Calibration

PCE-MA 110 is a halogen moisture analyzer that functions on the gravimetric or loss on drying (LOD) principle. The moisture analyzer uses the halogen method to dry the material sample. Moisture content is calculated based on the weight difference before and after the drying procedure. Calibration of the moisture analyzer can be performed at any time using the automatic calibration function and the included 100 g weight.

  • Weighing range: 0.1 g … 110 g / 0.0035 … 3.88 oz
  • Weighing resolution or readability: 0.01 g / 10 mg
  • Moisture content measuring range: 0 … 100%
  • Moisture content resolution or readability: 0.1%
  • Adjustable drying time and temperature
  • Memory stores up to 16 drying profiles
  • Incl. ISO calibration certificate

Multifunction Moisture Analyzer FMD 6
£ 885.00
Price excl. VAT &. delivery

The FMD 6 is a handy multifunction moisture analyzer  for reliable measurement of the moisture content of paper, wood and construction materials. The multifunction moisture analyzer has preset characteristic curves for the moisture measurement of specific materials. The moisture analyzer needs external sensors (sold separately - please see accessory list) to operate. The sensors can be positioned on the surface of a material or inserted into a material, thereby permitting either non-destructive or destructive measurement.

  • Measuring range: 5-99% for wood / 0-99% for building materials
  • Resolution: 0.1%
  • Accuracy: ±0.2%
  • Memory stores up to 1,000 measurement values for transfer to PC using  included software
