The infrared thermometer has a measuring range of -20 ... +550 °C. This means that the infrared thermometer already covers a wide temperature range of measuring tasks. With an image frequency of 25 Hz, problems can be localised quickly with the infrared thermometer. The picture-in-picture function allows the real image to be displayed simultaneously with the thermal image. The app enables a clear display and operation of the infrared thermometer.

When connecting the infrared thermometer to a PC, there are two different functions that can be selected in advance in the settings. With the "PC Connection" setting, the infrared thermometer is recognised as a mass data storage device. This means that all image, video and measurement data can be copied directly from the infrared thermometer. With the "PC Camera" function, the infrared thermometer is recognised as a webcam by the PC. This has the advantage that the current image from the infrared thermometer can be played back on a PC, for example, during online meetings or training sessions. In both cases, the infrared thermometer is independent of the operating system.
