The Probe Thermometer is a waterproof folding Probe Thermometer for temperature measurement. It supports HACCP-related temperature checks through a fast response time and a clear measured value display.

The NTC sensor measures temperatures from -50°C to 290°C. The foldable probe can be stowed away compactly after use, while the robust metal hinge supports repeated use. The housing made of ABS, TPE and stainless steel is waterproof to IP67. A rubberised surface improves grip during handling.

The backlit, single-line LCD displays the measured values. The Probe Thermometer allows selection of °C or °F and use of the MAX, MIN and HOLD modes. The HOLD mode freezes a measured value on the display; MAX and MIN provide the highest and lowest recorded values. If the measuring range is exceeded, the display shows “OL”. After around four minutes without operation, the Probe Thermometer switches off automatically.
