This tester series fuse indicator / RCD 1 determines the trigger current and the trigger time of fuse protection switches. The selection of different test currents allows a very flexible use of this tester. In any electric system, there are current leakage protection facilities known as fuses. These protection facilities cut the power supply at the moment it detects a leakage current. The tester passes a leakage current and determines with which leakage current the protection switch reacts. In addition, the fuse indicator measures the reaction time. These two parameters, the trigger current and the trigger time, are the relevant security values for a fuse indicator switch. The management of the tester is very simple. In addition to the maximum test current, it can adjust the type of fuse (normal or selective) and whether to measure the trigger current  and/or the trigger time. You can also select if the test current must start with a positive or negative half wave. Once you have set all these parameters,  you can start the measurement by pressing a single key. The colour of the tester screen allows a quick assessment of whether the system is right or wrong. In the large LCD screen, you can measure the value of measurement. The tester also beeps when input voltage is too large, when there is no ground or when ground potential is greater than 50 V.
