This compact Muffle Furnace is ideal for precise applications in the laboratory and in materials testing. With a maximum temperature of 1000°C / 1832°F and a continuous working temperature of up to 900°C / 1652°F, the Muffle Furnace is ideal for sintering processes, annealing tests or material analyses. The heating chamber is made of high-purity, polycrystalline alumina ceramic and boasts excellent insulation properties, which reduces heat loss and saves energy.
The spirally wound resistance wire made of HRE alloy is mounted on a ceramic carrier tube and ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire furnace chamber. The free-radiating heating method in the interior achieves particularly efficient heat transfer with a long service life. Equipped with a precise PID controller, the Muffle Furnace allows temperature control with an accuracy of ±1°C / 1.8°F and the programming of up to 30 heating sections. The robust powder-coated steel housing is corrosion-resistant and durable.
Additional safety features such as a door contact switch, overtemperature protection and multi-layer thermal insulation made of fireproof lightweight material ensure reliable and safe operation. This Muffle Furnace combines modern control technology with a compact design and offers an energy-efficient solution for a wide range of thermal applications.
