The USB / RS485 signal converter PCE-PD10 is required to connect different Modbus devices to the PC. The RS485 / USB signal converter allows parameters of Modbus devices to be changed via software (compatibility note). Up to 32 Modbus devices can be connected to a PC via the signal converter. The two interfaces of the signal converter are galvanically separated from each other, so that a destruction of the PCs or the Modbus devices is excluded.
