The ozone measuring device AQ-200 is a high-precision measuring device for measuring ozone concentrations in our circulating air. The ozone meter AQ-200 can be equipped with one of four sensor heads for ozone measurement, which differ in their measuring range. Furthermore, sensor heads for other gases are also available for the ozone tester, which are automatically detected when they are plugged into the device. Thus, you can use the ozone tester in many different areas.

The potential applications of the Aeroqual ozone tester within the industry are those of paper, textile or lubricant manufacturing companies that use ozone in their processes for bleaching oils, fats, wax, paper, synthetic fibers, pulp or textiles. A further field of application is the ozone tester Aeroqual after and during cleaning, disinfection and disinfection work which are carried out eg in swimming pools, water treatment plants, or after fire damage and water damage. With the sensor head for the lower measuring range up to 0.150 ppm ozone concentrations can be measured by the ozone tester, which have a negative effect on the human condition.

By using leading GSS technology sensors, the Aeroqual ozone tester has high measurement accuracy and a very long sensor head life. The unique ability to refresh the sensors from the ozone tester offers low cost device maintenance over other sensor technologies. Depending on the model, the measured concentrations can be output via an analog interface with a 0... 5V output signal, written to the internal memory by the ozone tester or transferred to a PC via a USB interface. Optionally, a remote kit is also available, which allows the ozone tester to take measurements in a safe room while the sensor is connected by cable to the ozone tester. Due to the simplicity of operation, the alarm thresholds for visual or audible signaling can be changed in no time. In addition to the measured concentrations, which are displayed in ppm or mg / m³, the LCD display also shows the high and low alarms.
