Motor-driven material test stand up to 5000 N / intelligent servo controller / control elements for push-to-run and continuous operation at the front side / optional load limitation
The motor-driven material test stand PCE-TF 5 is a simple test frame for simple applications up to 5000 N which cannot be overloaded with more than 10 % of the nominal load. The motor-driven test stand stands out by its easy handling and its compact design. By means of a digital potentiometer, reproducible velocities can be set and simple testing tasks can be carried out quickly and efficiently.
The material test stand PCE-TF 5 is equipped with a fixed crossbeam in which the spindle is mounted with radial and axial bearings in a way that it is preloaded above the nominal load statically and dynamically and thus backlash-free. The motor-driven material test stand PCE-TF 5 is additionally equipped with a middle crossbeam driven by the spindle and a nut. It is moved by means of long bronze bushings with close fit (H7 – H9) along the strongly polished column. The DC motor has a low-backlash gear and is connected to the spindle via bellows coupling. In addition, a mains component and the power electronics are inside the case of the machine. The power electronics is an intelligent servo controller which requires a supply voltage of 26 V DC and which is freely programmable. The device is steered along the strongly polished column by means of the control elements at the front side.
