The Water Analysis Meter is an industrial measurement system designed for the continuous monitoring and control of the pH value in liquids. With its robust construction and integrated temperature compensation, the Water Analysis Meter ensures precise and stable measurement results even under demanding conditions. Measurements are taken using a high-quality glass electrode, which, in combination with a reference electrode, determines the pH value with precision. The Water Analysis Meter has a wide measuring range from pH 0 to 14 and a high resolution of 0.001 pH. The accuracy is ±0.1 pH, ensuring that even the smallest changes are reliably detected.
The system is equipped with a 3-inch TFT color display, which clearly shows all relevant measured values, status indicators, and settings. Operation is via an intuitive keypad with menu navigation. The Water Analysis Meter offers various operating modes, including measurement, calibration, and storage functions. Calibration can be performed on a one- or two-point basis to achieve optimal measurement results. The integrated real-time temperature compensation ensures accurate readings even at varying temperatures.
For integration into industrial control systems, two 4–20 mA analogue outputs, three relay outputs (SPDT, 250V AC/30V DC, max. 5 A), and an RS485 interface with Modbus RTU protocol are available. The Water Analysis Meter allows measurement and calibration data to be stored, which can be retrieved via the display. The controller housing is IP55-rated, and the sensor is IP68-rated, enabling use in harsh environments.
Typical applications for the Water Analysis Meter include water quality monitoring in wastewater treatment, process control in industry, drinking water monitoring, and measurement in surface and groundwater.
