The digital Torque Meter / Torque Tester is a precise and versatile tool for measuring torque in a variety of applications. It offers a measurement range of 0.1 to 0.5 Nm, a high resolution of 0.0001 Nm, and an accuracy of ±2% of the measured value, ensuring precise and reliable results. The device features three operating modes to meet different requirements: In real-time mode, current torque values are displayed continuously. Peak value mode records the highest torque value measured during a test to capture maximum loads.

The mode for calculating and storing the peak value also allows the highest measured value over a defined period to be stored and analyzed, facilitating a detailed evaluation of the peak load. In Pre Mode (mode for storing peak values), there are three possible interfaces: HI displays the maximum stored peak value, LO displays the minimum stored peak value, and AVGE displays the average value of all stored peak values.

The device supports multiple units of measurement, including Nm, lbf ft, kgf cm, and lbf in, making it versatile in use. The device operates with a keyless three-jaw chuck, which ensures secure clamping of the test specimen. In peak value mode, the device can store up to 100 torque peaks automatically or manually. The time for automatic storage of peak values can be flexibly set within a range of 0 to 4 seconds.

A micro-USB interface allows for easy data transfer to other devices, while an automatic shut-off function conserves battery life.
