The PCE-VT 204 is a multifunction Condition Monitoring Vibration Meter for condition monitoring. The Condition Monitoring Vibration Meter has the ability to accurately measure both rotation and vibration. An ideal tool for the testing and inspection of machine parts and components such as motors, transmissions, gears, gear boxes and wheels, this multi-purpose device measures revolutions per minute (RPMs) as well as three-axis vibration, i.e., speed or velocity, displacement and acceleration.
The Condition Monitoring Material Hardness Tester measures the hardness of nine different metals using the Leeb rebound method. This means that with the Condition Monitoring Material Hardness Tester a firing pin bounces on a metallic surface and the intensity of the rebound is used as an indicator of the material hardness. The Condition Monitoring Material Hardness Tester measures the metal hardness in 6 different hardness scales.
PCE-VDR 10 is a single-axis Condition Monitoring Accelerometer or vibration monitor with real-time measurement and data logging capabilities. This Condition Monitoring Accelerometer records acceleration (m/s, g, ft/s) as well as speed (mm/s, cm/s, in/s) measurements and saves the measured data to an included SD card memory.
