The Moisture Meter FMC can accurately measure absolute humidity in diverse building materials. To detect humidity, the Moisture Meter has a connection for external sensors which can either be inserted into the building material or placed on it.
- Measuring range: 5-99% wood / 0-99% building materials
- Resolution: 0.1 %
- Accuracy: ±0.3 %
- Sensor not included
- External probe
- For wood, paper and building materials
FME is a handheld multifunction moisture meter for accurate measurement of the moisture content of paper, wood and building materials. The moisture meter features preset characteristic curves for material-specific moisture measurement. To detect moisture, the moisture meter requires external sensors (sold separately - see accessories) that can either be inserted into a material or placed on a material's surface, allowing for either destructive or non-destructive measurement.
- Measuring range: 5-99% for wood / 0-99% for building materials
- Resolution: 0.1%
- Accuracy: ±0.2%
The FMD 6 is a handy multifunction moisture meter for reliable measurement of the moisture content of paper, wood and construction materials. The multifunction moisture meter has preset characteristic curves for the moisture measurement of specific materials. The moisture meter needs external sensors (sold separately - please see accessory list) to operate. The sensors can be positioned on the surface of a material or inserted into a material, thereby permitting either non-destructive or destructive measurement.
- Measuring range: 5-99% for wood / 0-99% for building materials
- Resolution: 0.1%
- Accuracy: ±0.2%
- Memory stores up to 1,000 measurement values for transfer to PC using
included software
VHF-Band Moisture Meter Crushed Stone, Gravel, Ore (conveyor). The device is resistant to corrosion (stainless steel and dielectric materials) and can operate in the conditions deviating from the norm, for example, at temperatures of 145 °C. The moisture meter probe can be mounted on the walls in the hoppers, in pipelines or on trays in conveyors. Due to pluggable design this version of the moisture meter can also be used for soil moisture control.
- Measurement range: 0 ... 100 %
- Limits of error: <0.5% below 10% moisture
- Range of working temperatures:
0 ... +90 °C (industrial version)
0 ... +115 °C (extended temperature range)
0 ... +250 °C (drying kilns)
The moisture meter is a sensor for measuring moisture of sand consisting of a central probe surrounded by four other probes. The probes and sensor housing are made of stainless steel AISI 321. Our moisture meter is ideally suited for installation in tanks with liquid materials such as fuel oil, sludge from cement production, fuels (CWF).
- Readability mass fraction of water: 0 ... 100%
- Moisture measurement range: ± 0.1 ... 100% (water mass fraction)
- Maximum permissible absolute error moisture measurement: Varies by material, lab test required
- Temperature range: +5 ... +80 °C
Designed specifically for use in humidity measurement of bulk materials, this humidity sensor is installed in bins, silos, troughs, bunkers case, distributors, augers and conveyors. Material in bulk or flowing mass, such as fibrous materials, gravel, sawdust, fly ash (mineral), wood chips (surface to 5 cm) feed grain, flour, seed, pastes, ... is continuously measurable.
Suitable for determining the humidity of bulk substances, this in-process moisture meter for bulk materials can be fitted into containers and systems such as troughs, bunkers, distributors, augers, conveyors, bins and silos. This permits 24/7 moisture measurement of fibrous materials, sawdust, gravel, fly ash (mineral), wood chips (surface to 5 cm) feed grain, flour, pastes, seed, or similar bulk or flowing substances.
