Humidity Detector

Suitable for determining the humidity of bulk substances, this absolute humidity detector can be fitted into containers and systems such as troughs, bunkers, distributors, augers, conveyors, bins and silos. This permits 24/7 moisture measurement of fibrous materials, sawdust, gravel, fly ash (mineral), wood chips (surface to 5 cm) feed grain, flour, pastes, seed, or similar bulk or flowing substances.

Humidity Detector for liquid materials are used in boiler installations, water-dosing and diesel oil emulsion dispersion systems. The scope of supply can include the control cabinet to operate the valves regulating water feed. The humidity detector for liquid materials has a processing unit with RS232/RS485 interfaces.

The humidity detector has a temperature measuring range of -20 ... 60 °C and a humidity measuring range of 0 ... 99.9% RH. The readings from the humidity detector can be read directly on the 2.3" color display.

The data-logging humidity detector is used to measure indoor / outdoor wet bulb globe temperature (WBGT), black globe temperature (TG), wet bulb temperature (WB), dew point temperature, air temperature (TA) and relative humidity. Thus, this multipurpose data-recording humidity detector is an ideal tool for evaluating heat stress risks in different work environments.

The PCE-HT110 Datalogging Humidity Detector precisely measures air temperature and relative humidity. This accurate and reliable device shows the current measurements on the large LCD display and saves the measurement data directly to an SD card (included). The Datalogging Humidity Detector records the air temperature as well as the relative humidity and the barometric pressure and saves them internally on an SD card. The device is resistant to corrosion (stainless steel and dielectric materials) and can operate in the conditions deviating from the norm, for example, at temperatures of 145 °C. The humidity detector provides exceptionally accurate grain moisture measurement in real time.
