Process Controller PCE-RE92

The industrial process controller PCE-RE92 is a professional dual-channel regulator for industrial applications. The industrial temperature regulator PCE-RE92 features controlling two regulation objects or two physical units separately, all with one device (e.g. oven with two compartments). Due to its universal measurement input, the industrial temperature regulator is designed to control temperature and other physical units (e.g. pressure, humidity). As a controlling mode the user can select between PID, three-point regulation (heating and cooling) or step control at three points. The industrial temperature regulator PCE-RE92 furthermore features the Smart PID function.

This function enables determination of the ideal PID parameters through the regulator. In addition the industrial temperature regulator supports an alarm as soon as a threshold is trespassed, and those values can be recorded as well. All measurement and controlling values are displayed on the 3.5 " colour display and are easily read. Various logic inputs of the industrial temperature regulator allow switching the regulation program or stopping the regulation. The PCE-RE92 can be parameterised via the keys at the front or via its software. For simple programming and configuration tasks PCE instruments provides general software. For telemaintenance the industrial temperature regulator features a RS485 interface or optionally an Ethernet interface.
