PCE-HVAC 3 is a environmental tester or diagnostic measuring device used for indoor climate and environmental monitoring. In addition to measuring relative humidity and ambient room / dry-bulb temperature, the environmental tester calculates dew-point and wet-bulb temperatures in degrees Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F). Thus, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations and HVAC system performance assessments are key applications of the PCE-HVAC 3 environmental tester.
- Relative humidity measuring range: 0 ... 100% RH
- Ambient / dew-point temp. range: -30 ... 100°C / -22 ... 212°F
- Wet-bulb temp. range: 0 ... 80°C / 32 ... 176°F
- Incl. ISO calibration certificate
Environmental Tester PCE-170 A to 40,000 lux, internal sensor, automatic zero adjustment. The environmental tester has a large measurement range, short response time and a compact housing allowing for quick, effortless one-hand operation.
- Measurement range: 0.00 to 40,000 lux
- Resolution: 0.01 lux in the range 39.99 Lux
- Large 5-digit LCD display
- Sensor: silicon photodiode

The PCE-THB 38 environmental tester is ideal for detecting and digitally displaying humidity, temperature and barometric pressure. Temperature is measured by an RTD sensor and air humidity is measured by a highly repeatable, capacitive sensor. All products are test instruments, and the environmental tester is sent out manufacturer calibrated. An ISO certification is available optionally.
With the environmental tester it is possible to measure climate conditions such as temperature and relative humidity, as well as determining surface temperature of objects simultaneously by using the included external temperature sensor or using an infrared measurement. The environmental tester offers features such as average value, maximum, minimum, and hold functions at a reasonable price.
- Internal probe
- Temperature: -20°C ... 60°C / -4 ... 140°F
- Relative humidity: 10 ... 90% r.H.
- Temperature of global: -22°C ... 60°C / -8 ... 140°F
- Humidity: -68°C ... 60°C / -90 ... 140°F
- Dew point temperature: depending on the sensor
- External probe
- Temperature: -50° C ... 500° C / -58 ... 932°F
