Moisture analyzers for liquid materials are used in boiler installations, water-dosing and diesel oil emulsion dispersion systems. The scope of supply can include the control cabinet to operate the valves regulating water feed. The moisture analyzer for liquid materials has a processing unit with RS232/RS485 interfaces.

The PCE-A-315 inline moisture sensor provides exceptionally accurate grain moisture measurement in real time. The PCE-A-315 in-process moisture meter uses low-power microwaves to penetrate the surface every 0.2 second and obtain interior moisture readings without causing any damage. An integrated temperature probe ensures the readings are accurate from 5°C to 55°C / 41°F to 131°F. VHF-Band Moisture Analyzer Crushed Stone, Gravel, Ore (conveyor). The FMD 6 is a handy multifunction moisture analyzer for reliable measurement of the moisture content of paper, wood and construction materials. The multifunction moisture analyzer has preset characteristic curves for the moisture measurement of specific materials. The moisture analyzer needs external sensors (sold separately - please see accessory list) to operate. The sensors can be positioned on the surface of a material or inserted into a material, thereby permitting either non-destructive or destructive measurement.
