The environmental tester is equipped with a flat electrode membrane. The pH electrode of the environmental tester is installed in a shaft. So you can measure with the environmental tester samples of viscous media in test tubes. This feature allows the environmental tester to use very small amounts of liquids to determine the pH. The environmental tester can be used in small batches in beakers or test tubes. As a result, the environmental tester can be used not only in the field but also in the laboratory with very small sample volumes. 

In addition to the pH value, the environmental tester also measures the temperature of the measuring medium. With the temperature reading, the environmental tester automatically performs the temperature compensation. Calibration of the environmental tester is carried out using buffer solutions at pH 4, 7 or 10. The scope of delivery includes calibration powders which can be used for initial commissioning.
