PCE-HVAC 3 is a environmental tester or diagnostic measuring device used for indoor climate and environmental monitoring. In addition to measuring relative humidity and ambient room / dry-bulb temperature, the meter calculates dew-point and wet-bulb temperatures in degrees Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F). Measurements of relative humidity and ambient room / dry-bulb temperature are made directly by built-in sensors. The environmental tester is equipped to take one-time measurements on the spot as well as to monitor climate changes over time. The automatic shutdown function can be disabled when taking long-term measurements. There is also a thread on the back of the environmental tester to allow the measuring instrument to be mounted on a tripod.
