The PCE-313 A Environmental Meter has been designed for professional applications in the air-conditioning and measurement technologies. In addition to the relative humidity, the Environmental Meter determines the ambient temperature. You also have the possibility to measure the temperature of, for instance, a wall via the K type thermocouple connection and by using the optionally available surface probe. The SD card memory (1 … 16 GB) enables humidity and temperature readings to be recorded at an adjustable sampling rate in direct mode or permanently in data logging mode. To use these functions, you can previously program or pre-set the humidity meter by means of the keypad and then record permanently on site without having to observe the process all the time. For permanent recording we recommend to power the humidity meter via the power adapter which can be optionally purchased. The readings recorded in line with the data logging function can be transferred to a PC for further analysis (.xls file on the SD card). Additionally, you can check the columns of figures for outliers or create a graph in Excel.
